I don't think I've ever come across a more correct or relatable quote ever. I'm not one of those people who if I have a bad day, I just want to be left alone to pout or somethin'. I need to get my energy or anger or frustration or whatever I'm feelin' at the time out, and I usually always go runnin' but I'd be just as up for a rough night in bed too, and I've been told I'm a different person during these sessions, wild almost, but afterwards, I'm pretty much dead to the world and just sleep and sleep...and sleep...
